3RD SEMESTER (MSc Dissertation)
The third semester is dedicated to the writing of the MSc Dissertation which is credited with 30 ECTS. The dissertation can also be completed during the B’ Semester (May – September).

5TH & 6TH SEMESTER (MSc Dissertation)
The fifth and sixth semester is dedicated to the writing of the MSc Dissertation which is credited with 30 ECTS (15 per semester).
TUITION FEES
The tuition fees for the academic year 2018-2019 have been set at 2850€, corresponding to 950€ for each semester.

Free Tuition
<p=”color: #ffffff;”>Digital Marketing MSc ensures access for students who meet academic admission criteria, regardless of their financial situation. Students, whose individual income, as long as they have the same income and the family’s available equivalent income does not exceed separately the individual one per cent (100%) and the family’s seventy per cent of the national median disponsable income equivalent, are exempt from the study fees, wherever they are expected. In an case, exempt students do not exceed thirty percent (30%) of the total number of students admitted to the postgraduate course.
Scholarships
At the MSC program, in addition to one (1) scholar of the State Scholarship Foundation (SSF) who is admitted, as long as long as he / she has succeeded in the relevant postgraduate internship examination in a subject related to that of the MSc and one (1) foreign scholar of the Hellenic State, a number of scholarships may be awarded by the General Assembly of Special Composition (according to the conditions set forth by SSF).
Also, each year, a limited number of prizes are awarded to Postgraduate Students of the Program according to their performance and comes as a result of the average grade of all the courses.
Corporate Subsidies
All private companies and government agencies employing staff and using IKA as their insurance provider have the option to be provided from OAED with an annual sum for the training of their staff. That amount corresponds to 100% of the ‘0.45%’ employer’s contribution paid from the company each year. This sum is paid by each company to IKA anyway through employers’ contributions and can only be returned if the company makes use of it for the training of its staff. In this way the company can finance the tuition fees of a student-employee of the postgraduate program.
Sponsors
Global as well as Greek businesses, international and Greek organizations often grant scholarships totally or partially exempting students from their participation in tuition fees based on a combination of economic, social, and academic criteria. This feature can be utilized by the students of the MSc Program.
Postgraduate Students are entitled to health care, pass and student ID card.
DURATION OF THE PROGRAM
Digital Marketing MSc offers both a full-time and a part-time scholarship. The full-time scholarship lasts for two academic semesters, while the part-time scholarship lasts for four academic semesters. To this time span, 1 or 2 semesters are added respectively for the elaboration of the MSc Dissertation. Each academic semester lasts 13 calendar weeks of teaching.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Completed application form for registration.
2. Photocopies of diplomas (if the title has been acquired abroad must be accompanied by a certified photocopy of a DOATAP certificate of equivalence).
3. Photocopy of an analytical score of undergraduate studies (also applicable to graduate students who are due to graduate in the examination period of September).
4. A copy of the dissertation / diploma thesis (if it has been prepared for a degree acquisition) in electronic or printed form.
5. At least two (2) letters of recommendation.
6. Photocopy of identity card or passport.
7. Photocopies of knowledge certificates in English. Foreign applicants must also provide certificates of proficiency in the Greek language.
EVALUATION PROCESS
Candidates’ selection takes into account academic criteria such as: the grade of the undergraduate degree, the grade in the subjects related to the subject of the postgraduate program, the performance of the diploma thesis, where it is provided in the first course of study, and the relevant research or professional activity of the candidate. Candidates may then be interviewed before the Evaluation Committee for Postgraduate Students.
Regarding the selection of the candidates, thirty (30) postgraduate students will be selected.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
For the registration to the Digital Marketing MSc of Democritus University of Thrace, the following process is mandatory:
1. Submission of the sum of the tuition fees corresponding to the 1st semester of study to a bank account of the Special Account of Research Funds of EMT.
2. Submission of Application Form to the Program’s Secretariat. Required supporting documents:

· Identity or passport photocopy
· 4 identity card photos
· Photocopy of the tuition fee
